The author presents a comprehensive treatment of non-viscous damping, including the identification of viscous and non-viscous damping, parametric sensitivity analysis, and techniques for quantifying damping. Supported by numerous worked examples, the book is intended for applications in mechanical, aerospace, and structural engineering.</abstract>
