The present thesis describe the development of a synthetic methodology to access functionalized pyrroles ina single pot operation. the application of methodology for the formal synthetic of ninagalin b has been demonstrated later the total synthesis of several natural and unnatural lamellarins has been accomplished in 4-6 linear steps through the application of the methodology.
